PROJECT GOALS The Jane Sutherland team came to us with a website that really wasn't doing its job. The aim was to get more conversions from the visitors on the site The online payment functionality needed to be addressed as sales were not completing on a frequent basis OUR SOLUTION We realised immediately the site needed to be redesigned and built on a dedicated ecommerce platform - rather than using a plug-in. The site was redesigned and built to allow for a better user experience and to attempt to make the checkout process much simpler RESULTS The results have seen a dramatic improvement in the look and feel of the website as well as the usability and the functionality. The old site was ranking at 32/100 for google insights and is now at around 75/100 We are also seeing less drop-offs through the site since going live and sales coming through regularly.
