Part 1 – Target Market

We offer business owners and/or managers of businesses this workshop to align with and build on to, their marketing strategy. The first part of this service focuses on identifying their Target Market/Audience/Buyer Personas, by working through strategies using the current customer base and their ideal customer and what connects these together. We will give you the capability to understand and segment these customers into categories and gain an understanding of how to market to these segments going forward.

Part 2 – Content Strategy

This workshop is based on Content Strategy. Using the personas identified in part one, the business owners/managers will create, and generate a range of content topics using our ‘Tight 5’ methodology, and finish with an understanding of the importance of content in today’s digital landscape.

Part 3 – Content Plan and Schedule

In the third part of the workshop, we will take learnings from part 2 and the business owner/manager will be taught how to implement a content schedule to enable them to bring the content strategy to life.
