Sometimes, to help deliver the best results, we’ll recommend or use third-party software, plugins, platforms (like SharpSpring, Google Workspace, or WordPress tools), or APIs – we’ll call these “third-party tools”.
By agreeing to work with us, you acknowledge and agree that:
- These tools aren’t built or owned by us, so we can’t guarantee how well they work, whether they’ll stay available, or if they’ll always play nicely with your setup.
- Each third-party tool has its own terms, conditions, and pricing. You’re ultimately responsible for following those and paying any ongoing costs unless we’ve said otherwise in your scope of work.
- If a third-party tool has issues (like bugs, downtime, price hikes, or ends support), we’re not liable for any costs, damage, or lost revenue it may cause.
- If we help you get set up with one of these tools (even if we pay or manage it on your behalf), it doesn’t mean we own it or are responsible for its updates or support – unless we’ve agreed to that as part of your ongoing services.
We’ll always do our best to recommend reliable tools, but we can’t control how third parties operate.
